Shipping Method

Currently, we provide delivery service, direct shipment from Australia , delivery is expected to arrive in 3-5 working days for Australian orders and 7-15 working days for New Zealand orders , no shipment on weekends and holidays.

Place an order information requirements:

Mailbox: Please ensure that the mailbox can normally receive mail, any logistics problems will be notified by email.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. An order can only be delivered to one address. If the customer needs to deliver the order to multiple addresses, the customer needs to place the order for each of the multiple addresses.

Shipping Rules

Standard Shipping usually ships within 48 hours and a courier will contact you for delivery upon arrival.

Total shipping time = order processing time (48 hours) + shipping time(3-5 business days for Australia / 7-15 business days for New Zealand).

In some special cases, Ulike will send an order confirmation email to the customer to ensure the security of the transaction, and Ulike will only send the package after receiving the customer's confirmation. The order start date is the date of the customer's confirmation email and the customer's response time is not included in the promised delivery time.

Order Process - Two Email Notifications

ORDER CONFIRMATION: Orders are “processed” 24 hours after the order is placed. This does not mean that we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared and ready to ship.

 

Package Confirmation: Once we have packaged your order and shipped it, we will send you a second confirmation email that also includes a tracking number and tracking URL.

Cautions

Ulike is not responsible for shipments or delays in delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. In addition, Ulike is not responsible for delays associated with the delivery itself (e.g. customs clearance).
